Session 1: Full Body Balance - Aqua Stretch & Sound Bath (8:00 - 9:30 AM)
Led by Vital Balance and True North
Kickstart your day with a soothing poolside yoga-inspired stretch and sound bath session. Led by the experts from True North and Vital Balance, this session combines gentle stretching to ease your muscles and a calming sound bath to relax your mind. Vital Balance will lead a 40-minute dynamic and static stretch session along with movements that help improve balance, flexibility, and range of motion. Our sound bath facilitator, Spirituallee of True North, will use crystal bowls, chimes, meditation, and more to help you release stress and send you off relaxed, joyful, and inspired. Perfect for beginners and all experience levels, this session sets the tone for a day of complete relaxation and wellness.
8:00 - 8:10 AM: Welcome, warm-up, and introduction by True North and Vital Balance.
8:10 - 8:45 AM: Poolside stretch session followed by Aqua-Inspired Yoga (optional poolside and inside pool)
8:45 - 9:00 AM: Sound bath and meditation to center your mind.
9:00 - 9:30 AM: Meet with Instructors 1:1 to create a custom routine for your home wellness journey. Enjoy fresh smoothies and a refreshing soak in the jacuzzi hot tub or a swim in the saltwater pool.
Session 2: Core Sculpt Pool Pilates - Abs, Arms & Upper Body (10:00 - 11:30 AM)
Led by Vital Balance
Focus on strengthening your core and upper body with this invigorating session of pool pilates and water aerobics. Vital Balance will guide you through exercises designed to tone and sculpt while ensuring a fun and engaging experience. This session is suitable for all levels, offering modifications for those with more experience, restrictions, or specific needs.
10:00 - 10:10 AM: Welcome and warm-up.
10:10 - 10:30 AM: Poolside pilates focusing on core and arms.
10:30 - 11:00 AM: Water aerobics to build upper body strength.
11:00 - 11:30 AM: Meet with Vital Balance 1:1 to create a custom routine for your home wellness journey. Relax with a soak in the hot tub soak, swim in the pool, and enjoy a refreshing smoothie from our bar.
Session 3: Lower Body Contour Pool Pilates - Legs, Thighs & Booty (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM)
Led by Vital Balance
Join us mid-day with a session dedicated to toning your legs and glutes. This lower body workout includes pilates and aquatic exercises that are both effective and gentle on the joints. Vital Balance will ensure that every participant, regardless of fitness level, feels challenged and supported.
12:30 - 12:40 PM: Welcome and warm-up.
12:40 PM - 1:00 PM: Poolside pilates targeting legs and glutes.
1:00 - 1:30 PM: Water aerobics to strengthen the lower body.
1:30 - 2:00 PM: Meet with Vital Balance 1:1 to create a custom routine for your home wellness journey. Relax with a soak in the hot tub soak, swim in the pool, and enjoy a refreshing smoothie from our bar.

Event Details:
Age Requirement: This event is open to attendees aged 16 and older.
Parking: L’Eau Hill is located in a residential area. Free Street Parking is available.
Doors Open: 15 minutes before each session. Please arrive early to settle in and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of L’Eau Hill.
Doors Close: 10 minutes after the session begins to ensure a focused and uninterrupted experience.
Provided for You: Mats, workout equipment, and pool/spa towels will be provided, so all you need to bring is your positive energy, a swimsuit/swimwear (which must be worn in the pool), and perhaps an optional change of clothing.
Tickets: Due to high demand and limited spaces (each session will have a max of 10 spaces to keep an intimate nature), no tickets will be available at the door, so be sure to secure yours in advance.
1 Session: $35
2 Sessions: $60 (save $10)
Full Day Retreat with all 3 Sessions + Lunch: $75 (save $30): Includes a light lunch - gourmet club sandwich and fresh house salad access to pool/hot tub in between sessions.
Cancellations/Refunds: Please note refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear? Dress in comfortable workout gear, however comfortable swimwear is highly recommended.
Will I have to get in the pool? All sessions have the option to do a combination of poolside and in-pool activities, however, accommodations can be made for anyone who desires to remain poolside and not get into the pool.
What if it rains? Our poolside pilates sessions are weather-dependent events, and your well-being is our priority. In case of rain or high winds, we'll work with you to reschedule for another day within 30 days. You can opt to attend the rescheduled date or gift your experience to a friend/family member if you cannot attend.
Can I book for a private pilates or sound bath experience? Yes, to arrange a private session for you and your guests, please reach out to Vital Balance and True North and someone from their team will be happy to assist you.
What if I have an injury, or range of motion limitations, or prefer a more challenging workout? For our guests who need a modified workout due to range of motion limitations or prefer a more intense session, please inform the instructor before the session starts (or during the session if a movement is challenging) and she will provide instructions on alternative moves to accomodate your needs. Your comfort is our top priority, so please signal us at the first sign of discomfort.
Is there an experience level or physical ability requirement? These sessions are open to people of all experience levels, all body shapes, sizes, weights, and physical abilities.
